Donetsk People’s Republic leader vows to release four OSCE monitors soon

The Prime Minister of the unrecognized Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Boroday, vowed Friday to release four detained OSCE monitors in the coming days. "As of today, four [OSCE observers] are detained. We undertake to release four more observers soon, in the coming days. [I] hope that no new OSCE monitors will be detained in the meantime," he said.
